The online classes are held in private Facebook groups

How can I redeem my Gift Voucher?

Our Gift Vouchers can be redeemed via the checkout when purchasing your Emma Jayne class.

Hyperlinks in pdf documents not working on my phone

Not all phones have the latest technology to access the class though the download welcome pack. If you have any issues please contact me and I will send you a direct email with the class link.

How long do I stay in the online classes group?

You stay in the private Facebook groups forever (subject to Facebook terms)

When can I have the equipment list?

You will receive the equipment list when you book the online class

Do you make celebration cakes.

Yes Emma Jayne makes customised celebration cakes please visit the commissions page on this site.

Do I have to use the materials Emma Jayne Cake Design recommends?

You are able to use any equipment and materials you wish

What level of experience do I need to join the class?

Emma Jayne welcomes all skill levels, the skill levels on each class are a guide only

Do you teach one to one classes?

Yes Emma Jayne teaches one to one privately at her workshop and will travel worldwide to teach

Do you accept Paypal?

Yes we accept Paypal

What if I am unavailable on the date of a new class?

This does not matter because all of the classes are recorded

Do you offer any refunds?

As the information is instant, I do not offer any refunds whatsoever.

What happens if I forget to use a coupon/voucher code?

Once your order has been placed unfortunately we are unable to manually add the discount. Please note that this discount may be used on your next order. But make sure you read any terms and conditions of the code.

What if I can’t join in at the time?

Once the live class has been streamed you can watch back any time in your private class group on Facebook
